Account and associated-data deletion

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to U2ME.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

This initiates deletion of your account without requiring a separate support request.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your U2ME account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your login account, profile, uploaded files, jobs, request conversations and messages, ratings and replies, local payment-access records, notification records, and saved Stripe customer/payment-method profile.

Payment processors may retain completed transaction records when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or other legal obligations. Those records are not used to keep your U2ME account active.
